We offer insurance and self-pay options:
***Pay with your medical insurance: It is your responsibility to check if your insurance plan covers weight loss visits and medications. Visits will be billed to your insurance, and you will be responsible for copays based on your insurance plan. If medications are covered by your insurance, prescriptions will be sent to your preferred pharmacy.
In certain situations where weight loss medications are not covered by patient’s insurance or are not available at the pharmacy due to supply shortage, generic or compounded medications from reputable state-licensed compounding pharmacies may be an option. We would work with you to discuss these options. Click here to learn more about compounded medication.
***For self-paying patients: Initial consultation: $250. Subsequent appointments: $100
Initial consultation includes:
Free body composition analysis ($100 value in savings)
In the studies for weight loss, patients on Semaglutide lost an average of 15% of their starting weight (that is 30 lbs if the start weight was 200 lbs) while patients on Tirzepatide lost an average of 25% of their starting weight (that is a weight loss of 50 lbs if the start weight was 200 lbs).
